What We Do
We are a housing company based in Oregon committed to developing approaches to middle market housing that effectively address America’s growing wealth gap and housing crisis.
New Deal Housing uses a social entrepreneurial approach to development. We draw on market forces to enable working class families to overcome what has grown to be for many an insurmountable down payment barrier to building wealth through housing.
Our long term goal is to create a highly replicable model that we and others can use to address this problem at a meaningful scale.
Currently we are in the research phase for an initial 50+ unit pilot project in Bend, Oregon.
We are committed to hearing directly from problem-solvers, community members, housing advocates, local employers and employees, and others throughout Central Oregon.
